If paid between January 1 - September 30:
Provides membership from time of processing until December 31 of the same calendar year.
If paid between October 1 - December 31:
Provides membership from time of processing until December 31 of the next calendar year.
TERMS: Dues are nonrefundable and non-transferable. Membership in BCDA is subject to the terms set forth in the bylaws of said organization. By submitting payment for dues, payee indicates acceptance of these terms.

1.To be eligible for membership in BCDA, you must be registered as a member of the Democratic Party anywhere within the United States.
2.
To join BCDA, renew membership, or update your information online, you must REGISTER online. Registration is fast and easy.
a. Be sure to show your current political party registration. If you are not registered to vote at your current address, please indicate in 'comments' where you are registered.
b. If you are currently a BCDA member or are in the process of joining or paying dues, enter MEMBER. Otherwise, enter GUEST.
3. JOINING OR RENEWING MEMBERSHIP ONLINE: As soon as you have registered online, you should pay your dues online
(annual membership or lifetime membership). Upon processing your dues,
we will update our records to reflect your current membership status.
a. Only one dues payment may be processed in one order.
b. If more than one person is registered in this account, be sure to indicate who the dues payment is for in the COMMENTS box shown during checkout.
